How the ladder works
Every euro you deposit counts toward your lifetime total. When you cross a threshold, the tier upgrade is applied automatically within 24 hours and your new cashback rate kicks in the next Monday. Downgrades happen only after 12 months of inactivity or on request.
What VIP does not include
