Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and BetOrange (betorange.casino, the 'Website'). By registering or depositing at betorange.casino you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not register or deposit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, and resident of a country not listed on our restricted list. You may only hold one active account per household, IP address and payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and remaining balances forfeited.

3. Registration

Registration requires accurate personal data (name, date of birth, address, email, phone). You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false data is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4. Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal you must complete KYC. We may request additional documents at any point if triggered by our anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering checks.

5. Bonuses

Every bonus carries specific terms shown at the point of claim. General rules: 35x wagering on deposit + bonus (unless otherwise stated), maximum bet with active bonus is €5 per spin or hand, bonus expiry is 14 days from credit unless a shorter period is stated. Bonus abuse (chip dumping, low-risk-strategy betting, splitting bets across correlated markets) leads to bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited within minutes of provider confirmation. Withdrawals must be requested to the same payment method used to deposit whenever possible. Crypto withdrawals settle in under an hour on average after our approval. Card and Interac withdrawals take 1 to 3 banking days on the bank side.

7. Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are charged an administrative fee of €5 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Complaints

Contact [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Curacao licensing authority within 6 months of your final response.

10. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
